The countdown to Christmas

It’s the start of October and for some of us the ‘twelve weeks to Christmas’ equates to a barrage of panic and list making. For others, it’s all about party planning, sharing the festive spirit with friends and colleagues and looking forward to some well earned time off.

For larger Christmas bookings, our newly finished restaurant space allows for larger groups with one long table setting of up to 20 or an independent party of up to 18 on the gallery area, offering a great atmosphere overlooking the restaurant and with the opportunity to get a breath of fresh air on the terrace between courses – weather permitting!

All the classics are on the menu from traditional roasts with festive Turkey, Beef and roast Pork, with a selection of fine and festive side dishes that are great for sharing, plus seasonal starters and scrumptious puddings to tempt you in the winter months. Furthermore our current bar and restaurant menus will be simultaneously available - so customers will be really spoilt for choice.

We are looking forward to filling the new space over the festive weeks of December when the Interiors come alive with opulent lighting and a palette that lends itself to the Christmas period.

Our Christmas menu is now available and bookings can now be taken on 01427 875 835 (generally within opening hours) or via email at theoldschoolinnepworth@gmail.com. Large parties of over 10 will be encouraged to provide a pre-order and menus can be emailed at the time of booking to confirm arrangements.
